EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CATERING
Sandra’s passion for catering and events began in 2005 when she started at The Vault Catering Company as seasonal event staff. Her heart for serving others and creating memorable guest experiences transformed into the role of Executive Director of Catering in 2013. Planning, managing and executing events from fifty to twelve hundred guest, her professionalism shows with her attention to detail, positive outlook, and smile that shines through in all situations.

MARY CORTEZ
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Mary left a career in investment banking in 2007 to follow her true passion for cooking. In 2010, she graduated from South Seattle Culinary Arts Program. She has worked everywhere from fine dining, hotels and senior living communities before joining The Vault Catering Company in 2018. She loves cooking with globally inspired bold flavors and creating custom menus. When she is not catering events, she is cuddling with her two rescue dogs, traveling, or honing her craft as a painter.
